Pedro Alves, a Portuguese abstract painter from Madeira island, was born on 07-06-1989, in Funchal, but has lived over 15 years in England between London and Manchester. He returned to the bosom of Madeira in 2017 with his wife to establish a family–run specialist chocolate atelier.

Completely self-taught, Pedro began his artistic output as a Portuguese street artist in Manchester. After much experimentation, he now produces highly colorful contemporary abstracts using acrylic pour method (Fluid Painting). He has participated in several exhibitions at our Portuguese contemporary art gallery, giving the opportunity to see modern Portuguese abstract art made on Madeira island.
